Portola is under no Management Wendy is great. I was behind on my rent and she really worked with me although I had some unfortunate circumstances to come up and I wasn’t able to keep the agreement. I was grateful that she still gave me the grace that she gave me When she didn’t have to thank you Wendy I really appreciate your help

New management is very very understanding, it actually feels like they are there to help and provide support for their tenants. New property manager and assistant manager are so nice and friendly, always smiling and emitting that encouraging energy. 10/10 experience!

Great place to call home. Front office staff and mgr and awesome. Maintenance crew fix issues in a rapid timely matter. This apartment complex is a hidden GEM. I recommend this location.

I know there is mixed opinions on this place but so far I’ve enjoyed it - it started off rocky for me but smoothed quickly - Ana is very transparent and helpful when able - Oscar and Luis have been amazing taking care of our maintenance issues and keeping the lot beautiful ! I see them up early and at it all day ! I really appreciate it -this is my first place in Arizona & I’m not disappointed
