So, before I start this review I want to give a huge shout out to Ana, in the front office. She was a HUGE help in a situation i had with my car and if it wasn't for her, id be a sunken ship. So again, Thank you Ana for your help and understanding!!! You give me alot of hope for this place 👏 Although, ive had alot of mixed feeling with this complex. I feel I lucked out, that I got a unit that was out of the way, quiet and fairly worth the choice. But as time has gone by, I noticed the management was very bad. This new management has been much better, so I've been sticking it out. Aside from all the run around and failed promises from previous management, my only real problem with this place are the people and neighbors... As all my old neighbors have moved out and new ones moving in, I've noticed the good days are gone.. People are ignorant of others, not understanding its an apartment, with neighbors above, below, and aside. I pick up trash on the weekends while i have the time off work, but its a never ending cycle. Trash, dog poop, beer bottles, cigarette butts (over a carton or so a week from my upstairs neighbors alone!!!). Music and noise from the parking lot, the screaming, yelling, constant stomping back and forth, all day and all night. The partying and sound of bass blasting thru the celing and walls, gets pretty old. Nobody speaks English, so I have no real way to communicate with them or others in the complex. Maybe im just being picky, but people should show SOME sort of respect and have consideration for their neighbors and the community they live in. We all have issues from time to time, but im hoping this new management can make a difference, and with the help I've received from Ana and the rest of the staff, I have faith it will improve. Thank you for your time.
